  Had no idea about my re service as the previous one was carried out poorly by another test centre. Was not assured the work was carried out correctly. Guy at reception wasn’t particularly friendly when I arrived to drop my car off. Once I had returned and after he’d got off the phone shouting at a customer he had a rather condescending tone towards me. He’s not the manager as he’s assured me he wasn’t and was standing in as it was their day off. Monday 14th May.

  I was recommended the car needed £700 worth of work to be road safe and pass the MOT, which shocked me as the car seemed fine.
  
  I then took it too a different garage for a second opinion on this and my suspicions were confirmed as it passed MOT first time with no warnings!
  
  Very dissappointed in Halfords, avoid going here at all costs! Plenty of near by garages will give a more honest service.
