  Booked an appointment and turned up to be told that no stylist is available. The manager ws really rude an interrupted the stylist who ended up doing my hair and said it's been two hours. Other customers are waiting. When in fact it had only been 45 mins. Also the haircut was terrible. Toni nd guy have gone down hill massively. Please change your manager at this branch. Her behaviour was dispiccable. Manager was not bothered at all that I wasn't happy with my hair. She needs to find a new job!!
